Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are. It applies to www.virtusgroup.eu only. Each Virtus Group institution has its own privacy policy for its customers, published on its own website.

Who is responsible

Virtus Invesco Partners LLC, Ukshin Hoti Street, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Questions about this policy can be sent to [privacy@virtus-group.com].

What we collect

Contact form: your name, organisation, email address, chosen topic and the message you write. Investor updates: your name, organisation, email address and the category you select. Technical data: when you load a page, your browser sends your IP address and basic device information to the servers that deliver the site. We do not combine this with the form data.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry. To send you investor updates you have asked for. To keep the website secure and available. Our legal basis is your request in the first two cases and our legitimate interest in running a secure website in the third.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. There is nothing to consent to and nothing to switch off.

Who else sees your data

Netlify, Inc. hosts the website and stores form submissions on our behalf. Google LLC serves the typeface used on this site, which means your browser requests the font files from Google's servers. Both act as processors under their standard terms. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards. Investor-update subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short rolling period.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or withdraw consent to investor updates at any time. Write to the address above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo or the data protection authority in your own country.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
